Apples are good at regulating metabolism; they contain antioxidants and improve the strength of the immune system. Apples are great for regulating digestive micro flora. They also help to regulate blood sugar levels and protect the cardiovascular system.
Apples contain vitamin C, most other vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, A and retinol, E and tocopherol, D, F, β-carotene, lycopene) and minerals, a large amount of vegetable fibers, quercetin and pectin.
